vegan soccer shoes

this guy alex i know is vegetarian and considering becoming vegan. he plays on a travelling soccer (or football for non-americans) team and goes through cleats pretty regularly.

he's trying to find some good, non-leather cleats to play in.

i tried looking but wasn't really finding anything. does anyone have any recommendations?

I think your best bet is to search for "synthetic cleats" or something, because vegetarian/vegan cleats yielded zero results for me.

I had to get cleats for Rugby too, and I found some soccer ones on clearance for only a few bucks at Famous Footwear I think.
