Did any of you catch the episode of Unwrapped about Turkeys? It was actually pretty awesome. The first segment was about the Presidential pardoning of a turkey, and then it went into a segment about Tofurkey. They went to the tofurkey factory and explained what it's made of and why it's an excellent choice for vegetarians. Awesome.
And then awhile ago, there was an episode of Road Tested (the show with Paula Dean's kids) and they were in DC and went to Sticky Fingers Bakery and ate their vegan sticky buns and were ooh-ing and aaah-ing about it. They couldn't believe it was vegan. Also, I just went to the foodnetwork website and went to the road tested site and there is a video clip on their main page about Soysage! I've never heard of it, but still! Crazy!!
