stuffing mix?
I've been vegan for nearly 6 years now, then suddenly, within the past year, my husband and several friends officially went vegetarian for various reasons. So we are planning a veg*n Thanksiving road trip to our family's mountain home in North Carolina. I can't wait -- I'll finally be able to share the tofurky with people!
I know the tofurky feast kit comes with a miniscule amount of stuffing, which is never enough for me, let alone half a dozen people or more... Does anyone know if tofurky sells the stuffing by itself, or can anyone recommend an easy-to-find brand of vegan-friendly stuffing mix. I do miss the good ol' Stove Top brand from my childhood, but that's got all kinds of meatiness and dairy in it (last time I checked, anyway), so something that resembles those kind of mainstream brands would be good.
