My supervisor is ordering lunch for everyone on Friday from Baja Fresh. She is being really considerate of my veganism, and asked me to specifically tell her what I want from there, so that I'll actually be able to eat [without brining something from home] at a luncheon.

I post, because, I haven't eaten there since going vegan...and was hoping for recommendations...
