horrible case of animal cruelty

I don't know if any of you have heard of this yet. A poor puppy was chemically burned over 95% of his body where I live and the police and animal control have been messing up the case. So far, Mooie's body has been cremated (when they were told not to so they could conduct tests) and no search warrants have been conducted at the owner's property as of yet, the owner is the prime suspect. I've already e-mailed all the people in charge of this case and I hope some of you will too. Please pass this along to help prosecute Mooie's killer.
