Dude, just leave. We don't need a post to let us all know. Trust me, we are all heart broken.

what's the next step? bubblyadela September 17 2005, 19:30:14 UTC
I became vegan four months ago, and every week I find myself learning more and more that I wasn't previously aware of. What more can I do for animals? This isn't me being sarcastic...I honestly want to know. First I started with banning all food containing animal products...then it was my shoes and clothing...then it was my shampoo/lotion/household products...and now I'm only eating organically-grown products. What's next? BRING IT ON! The first week I became vegan was emotionally draining---I cried so hard because I couldn't believe I'd gone for so many years without any of this knowledge, and now I'm super adamant about doing whatever I can to improve their plight. Soooo, what's next?

Well, I take it that those who wish to support all vegan products aren't welcome. It's not as if companies making specialty vegan products are taking a step in a good direction or anything. Boo on them.

And are 'unhealthy' vegans not allowed, either?

i don't really understand why. all i saw was a pretty positive reaction overall, even when people disagreed. usually when stuff like ethical shopping comes up in here, it erupts into huge lj drama fests and that didn't happen. so i'm really confused as to why there are upset, flouncing posts all of a sudden. hmm.

it's funny that the people against this kid (so to speak) are acting the same way people who eat meat do when they find out you're vegan. it's both hilarious and ironic.

it is a bit strange. ironic, yes.
i feel like i started all this drama by originally posting in the boca thread (the first one) that i don't think any vegan should buy that shit.
bwahaha. oops.
