Dear Michael-
I truly do not know how to respond to your email. Last week, while I was on vacation, someone hacked into our server.
With this ability, they were able to open our email. Many of them were responded too, unbeknownst to us. When I returned to the office on Tuesday, I noticed that something was not right. When I started receiving emails back from people, I knew something was terribly wrong. It also appears that many of our emails were rudely responded too, along with typo’s, inaccuracies, and downright lies.
First of all, let me apologize. We are aware that there may be a labeling issue with regards to us calling the bars “Vegan Approved.” This issue is being addressed. We never meant to mislead anyone.
Once again, I truly apologize. If you need proof that I was on vacation, and hence un-able to access my email, I will be more than happy to provide you proof. I was visiting family, in Michigan. Please accept my apologies.
