although i haven't tried this recipe yet it looks really great! i've been looking for a way to recreate piper's pub's shepherd's pie (pipers pub is in the south side of pittsburgh). occasionally, if requested i will make one with the minimal amount of ground lamb that i can get away with but my husband isn't opposed to trying a vegan version --THANK YOU!
