But she hasn't really done her research. I've never been vegan, but I want to be supportive. If she wants to be vegan, I think that's great, but I want her to do it in a way that's healthy!
Right now, she *thinks* she's being vegan, but she's really just being vegetarian (she eats non vegan bread bread and pasta). I don't mind that she isn't really being vegan. I'm only mentioning it because it shows how little research she's done.
Also, the bulk of her diet consists of grains. I want to encourage her to incorporate more veggies, fruits, and nuts, but I don't want to be preachy.
I'm really worried about her health.
Could someone please provide me with helpful links on how to properly/healthfully get started?
