Hi everyone,
At the end of the week I'll be participating in a 36-hour hunger strike (in solidarity with protesters on Tibetan National Uprising Day,
march10.org if you're curious). I am used to eating every few hours, and not sure how my body will react to this. We'll have water, and will probably be fairly active during this time (think parading through Los Angeles).
Any advice for going into / coming out of the fast?
