at least you don't get the wet head thing from your mother. I can't tell you how much crap I get from my mom for taking a shower twenty minutes before I leave the house because I'll catch my death for doing so.

my mom sure does kick it old school.

Hmm, true. With my grandma I can be amused by it, but if it were my mom I couldn't escape it.
I guess the most annoying stuff I ever got from my mom was telling me I was too fat, and keeping me from eating dessert, which made me unhappy and self-conscious but didn't make me lose any weight. Then, when I was older, telling me I wasn't as muscular as my friends and it was because of the computer.

That, and the puberty talks that lasted from ages 8 to 14.

you know why she did that right? because she wanted YOUR portion of the dessert. Yes, it's a mean trick to play on you but you wouldn't have given up your dessert otherwise.
