I've gotta get back to posting these pictures!
Portobella wraps: Portobella mushrooms (cooked with paprika in some olive oil), wild rice, lettuce, tomato, and Nayonaise on a tortilla, then toasted up in the oven for a few minutes (minus the lettuce and tomato until they got out)
Portobella pasta. No clue about a recipe. I think it was just portobella mushroom and some of that Imagine Foods Cream of Portobella Soup with some spices and such. There might've been some Sour Supreme, too. Can't remember.
Pizza Balls! This was my first attempt. I wanted them to be as small as Pizza Rolls, but that just wasn't working. So I made them a second time and just divided the dough up for 4 large balls. So much better and more fun to eat! And they didn't ooze, either. haha. Filled with: seasoned tomato sauce, faux cheese sauce, veggie crumbles, onion, green bell pepper, and white mushrooms.
Super simple pasta salad for a lazy-and-nothing-to-eat night. Just some pasta noodles, red onion, and Italian salad dressing.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS. Some kind of orange tofu something.. But since it tasted bad, I thought I might as well make it pretty and take pictures.
So here it is.
PIZZA. Baby spinach, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
Just some veggies.
A really yummy bean burger that I lost the recipe for! It tasted just like the original Gardenburgers from back in the 90s! Eeeee!
Fried tofu and cooked veggies with brown rice. My very first GOOD homemade vegan meal.
And another time.
Miso soup with tofu and kale.
These were supposed to be Mexican Eggrolls. I saw someone do it on vegancooking, but I didn't want to fry them. So they were just little taco-y things, I guess.
SPAGHETTI!!!!! YAY!!
Veggie lasagna with asparagus.
I made a cheesy spread with Better than Cream Cheese and nutritional yeast. It was really good. Next time I'll use the whole container! And much more tomato sauce..
But it was eaten, nonetheless.
Veggie kebobs and a baked potato from my mommy on a nice summer day.
Homestyle country cookin'! Green bean casserole, cornbread, and roasted baby carrots and potatoes.
Country veggie plate! Everything listed above, as well as some turnip/mustard greens (can't remember) and some green onions.
Autumn breakfast! Pancakes with homemade mixed berry syrup, those breakfast potatoes from one of my previous posts, and some gimme lean sausage patties.
Baked Apple Burritos!
Stuffed with cinnamon and raisen and covered in syrup.
All baked up. It was then sliced and put on whole wheat tortillia with some brown sugar and syrup.
Best things ever.
BBQ Tofu, corn on the cob, and organic green beans.
Mint chocolate heart cake. Very dry and un-tasty.. but pretty.
More pasta salad! This was really good, but I don't feel like looking for the ingredients. Umm.. pasta, peeled and sliced cucumbers, red peppers, red and white onion, diced tomato, chopped white mushrooms, chopped baby spinach, ground flax seed, and Italian dressing.
Best Cream of Tomato Soup ever! 1 can tomato soup, 1 can diced Italian-seasoned tomatoes, 1 onion (chopped and sauteed), basil, dill, soy milk, and Sour Supreme.
Cheese dip. Just a faux cheese sauce mixed with a can of Rotel tomatoes and chilis.
