I made a similar recipe earlier this year......vegan mango cashew bread

it turned out pretty well

I'll probably try your recipe...maybe I tweak a few things to suit myself

I'll let you know if I'll ever get around to do it

hmmm...soak the raisins in warm rum!

wish i would have thought of that!! but i made this up as i went along, and i didn't have rum in the house at 1:30 a.m.
