falafel fall apart
Hi, both my Mum and I have tried many falafel recipes but every time the darn things fall apart, even deep frying properly (I thought at first it was shushing them round in the pan made them fall apart). Any tips 'n' tricks for recipes/binding them that actually work? It's starting to feel like we're cursed!
