Vega Chai Latte in almond milk.

Do not ever buy the chocolate flavored stuff of ANY brand because it's always awful.

Do not get Sun Warrior Protein--it may be vegan but that's the ONLY good thing about it. Yuck!

Okay then--I do a LOT of protein shakes. I use Vega protein, or a brand with at least 15 grams of protein and pea protein. Pea blends better than the others. A mix of pea and hemp protein is great when you can find it. Base shake is one cup of almond milk, one scoop/packet of protein powder, 1-2 large handfuls of spinach (raw or frozen.) Don't worry, you really cannot taste the spinach. You can always add a small *Ripe* banana to give it some body.
To flavor: try 1 cup frozen cherries with about a tablespoon of fresh minced ginger (current favorite)
OR--1 cup fresh (or frozen) pineapple with some fresh chopped mint (do not use mint extract--eek!)
OR--1 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh) and a touch of vanilla extract
OR .5 tsp vanilla extract and .5 tsp orange extract (you can try using fresh tangerines)
You get the idea. About a cup of any fruit you like--Oh, I forgot, mango and pineapple!_

Add 4-5 ice cubes and blend it until it's really smooth and thick.
