cookbook gift for new-ish vegan
hey ya'll, i've looked through the tags but am still unsure of what to get! my boyfriend is pretty newly vegan, and is a great cook. his birthday is coming up next month and i'm thinking about getting him a cookbook as one of his gifts. i actually don't own any cookbooks myself, so any advice would be great! he likes brunch, pizza, mexican food, and thai food, but i think he's mostly interested in veganizing foods he was used to as an omni and as a vegetarian.
i've narrowed it down to veganomicon, vegan with a vengeance, and vegan brunch, but only because those are the only ones i know of, really. he's young and hip and i want to get him something that reflects that (ha). nothing diet-y, pleaseplease. thanks!
