Is there something that I'm missing? I was thinking of using avocado to replace fresh (fatty) tuna and maybe using my double-imitation crab recipe for some ebi-rolls. Or maybe I should branch off to (healthy) tempura - what do you think?
Any suggestions are much appreciated and I apologize if this doesn't fit too much as this is my first time posting an entry on LiveJournal. ^^;
