I have a feeling this is a long shot but I figure if I'm going to get an answer anywhere here's a good bet. I've recently developed a banana allergy which is fine in terms of no bananas for breakfast but I do enjoy the occasional banana bread. Mostly I like the warmth and the mushy, gooey texture so would love to replicate that even if replicating the taste isn't all too possible- but if it somehow is even better. Any ideas?
