I have a recipe for sorbet that calls for coconut powder and water (among other things).
Is coconut powder the same thing as coconut flour?
Would I be able to sub coconut flour for the powder?
Or would it be better to sub coconut cream for the powder+water?
The quantities are:
180g or 6oz dried coconut powder
375mL or 1 1/2 cups water
flours (unusual),
fruits-coconut milk
