snap peas
Hiiii everybody,
I received a shit-load of snap peas from my food share, and I don't know what to do with them! I only ever snack on them raw, but that gets so boring and there are so many many many peas.
I was hoping to make some sort of soup out of them, which would be a good way to use them up, yes?
Does anyone have any awesome recipes? I didn't have much luck with the tags/google searches. I also have a bunch of garlic scapes and bok choy, if that helps at all with food ideas (although I don't think I'll have too much trouble using those up)
Let me know if you have any ideas what to do with those poor snap peas, other than raw snacks or freezing for lack of anything else.
