I have a recepie for blueberry muffins (see below cut) and was wondering if I could substitute firm tofu in for soft tofu.
Recipie from Tofu 1-2-3
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 tablespool baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pure maple syrup
2/3 cup soft silken tofu
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teapsoon vanilla extracct
1/2 cup of blueberries
I'm going to guess the answer to substituting the one tofu for another is 'no', but I figured I'd ask anyways.
