I am in love with Panera's black bean soup. But it's way too expensive to eat there very often. I'm no good at duplicating recipes so I thought you all might be able to help me. Especially those of you who may have eaten it before.
Here are the ingredients listed on the website: Water, black beans, onions, celery, vegetable base (baked carrots, lima beans, natural flavorings, tomato paste, cooked potatoes, corn oil, celery, onions), modified corn starch, red peppers, salt, spices, lemon juice, garlic powder.
It has a nice thicker texture. Thanks for any help!
