I bought a big bag of wheatgerm at Christmas time to use in the nut/bean roasts I baked for the occasion. As a result, I've got a good deal of wheatgerm left and (as I don't usually cook with wheatgerm) I haven't a clue what to do with it. Do any of you have suggestions as to how to incorporate wheatgerm into a daily diet? I've been sprinkling it on cereal etc, but with the amount I have left over, I'll NEVER get through it all this way! So how would I use it in quick, easy, everyday recipes??
Thanks in advance! =)
