Pasta Salad, Avocado Sandwiches, Vanilla Fruit Salad, and Flat Muffins

As I posted earlier asking for good cold food ideas I thought it only right to share the recipes (all of which my 5 growing male friends praised non-stop)

I have never cooked much so these are fairly easy recipes and none take much skill. Much thanks to the ideas I read on here (esp the avocado sandwiches!)

I have an avocado/tomato/rocket sandwich for lunch every day at work. Variety? Who needs it? I'm going to try that pasta salad too, it looks great.

i had made a huge batch of it (the pasta salad) and they ate all of it... it probably could have fed 10-12 people... it was super good

That pasta salad sounds great. I love avocados but have never made this sammich before (I usually have mine with red onions and grainy mustard), but I will try it, it sounds wonderful.
