hummus

help! i've checked the tags...
we've got a mammoth tub of hummus that expires today and we're not sure how to use it up besides eating lots of sandwiches/chips. etc.

i was thinking of a baked ravioli of sorts with hummus and maybe roots? suggestions?
thanks!

Somebody posted a few days ago (maybe it was another community) to use hummus as a spread on pizza?

i think your idea could work awesome! stuffing raviolis with hummus & maybe some roasted red pepper or sundried tomatoes mmmmmm

can you freeze it?

Hummus freezes great. Just divide it up into small portions so you can use it quickly when it thaws.

Mix it into cooked pasta, it's a great sauce
