Vegan Express by Nava Atlas has been a life saver since I work full-time and go to school full-time and don't normally have a lot of time to cook. Her recipes are easy and really are quick to make. i've thrown them in with the rest of th epepper but never chowed down on it as-is. i didn't notice it, if that means anything :)

They're actually pretty good raw like that. They seem to be more succulent than the rest of the pepper.

I always eat them raw when I find them. I don't think that they're as flavorful as the adult pepper, but they're pretty good.
