sock's super healthy feel beans and greens stuff

i started off not the healthiest vegan, but over they years i'm seeing what i need to eat and trying to incorporate it in to my diet. i made this up last night with my friend Rachelle, and it was amazing. i hope someone tries it and gets as much satisfaction from it as we did!

here's what we used...
-a bunch of kale, washed, chopped
-6 cloves or more of garlic, minced
-olive oil
-1-2 cups of cooked/canned red beans (kidney beans, black beans, or whatever you want)
-1-2 cups of cooked brown rice
-flax oil
-garlic powder
-spike all purpose seasoning
-fresh parsley, minced
-cayenne pepper (or red pepper flakes or something hot)
-braggs liquid aminos
-tahini dressing of some sort (i had some premade in a bottle; it's the kind in Vegan With A Vengeance)
-sesame seeds

1. fry up the garlic in some olive oil for a few minutes, then toss in the washed and chopped kale
2. toss it around with the garlic and oil with tongs for a few minutes then remove from the pan and set aside
3. put the pan back on the stove and throw in the beans, rice, garlic powder, spike, and liquid aminos and just heat it up for a few minutes
4. remove the bean/rice stuff and throw it on the kale leaves and garnish with parsley, cayenne pepper, flax oil, tahini dressing and sesame seeds.
5. yum yum yum yum yum
