Homemade cream cheese and mustard

Does anyone have a homemade vegan cream cheese recipe like Toffuti Better Than Cream Cheese? I have looked all over for a cream cheese recipe but none of them seem to work. Also does anyone have a recipe for homemade mustard?

i can't imagine being able to come up with a homemade vegan cream cheese that comes as close as tofutti does. wish i could help...

i'd look into raw recipes. i've never made it myself, but i've eaten many fermented nut cheeses that were almost creepily spot-on.
