Hey there, sportsfans!
Long story short: After a comically misguided bout of wholesale grocery impulse-purchasing, I am now the uncomfortable owner of a case of unsweetened cartons of hemp milk. It looks like gray paint water, and it tastes like cotton balls, and the first cup I've poured for myself four hours ago is still sitting unfinished beside me. I'm a real fan of just about any other kind of nut/rice/oat/soymilk out there, but this substance.. seems to be my kryptonite.
And I own twelve cartons of it.
How, oh how do I get through it? Can I bake with it? Does it blend well into smoothies? Does it go well with certain cereals? Any suggestions are whole(hemp)heartedly appreciated.
