Recipe request: Cypriot Lima Bean Soup.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here had Madhur Jaffrey's World Vegetarian and could type up the recipe for Cypriot Lima Bean Soup?

I plan to buy the book soonish, but in the meantime, I saw the soup as part of a menu on someone's blog and it sounded delicious!

Any help would be much appreciated. :)
