Zucchini Bread?
It appears that I am going to have a bumper crop of zucchini... and the only thing I ever do with it is... toss it into a stirfry.
Does anyone have any super-fabulous-i swear- by-it recipes for zucchini bread...(bonus points if it is gluten free)..
or any other awesome ideas for my big ol' ever growing zucchini pile?

four gigantic zucchini I harvested. the smallest of the four measures 13.5" the longest was 17"
bigger than a panda's arm!
one of my sunday zucchini, from elbow to where my fingers sprout off my hand. wtf.. i guess i will be learning to make zucchini bread.
