Creamy peanut butter pie

1 and a half cups of digestive biscuit crumbs or graham crackers if you're in the US (I think I used about 5 or 6 biscuits)
1tbs oil 4tbs maple syrup
1 packet of firm (or if you can get it extra firm) silken Tofu (Mori-Nu)
1 tub of tofutti cream cheese
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbs golden syrup (I think the recipe asked for Honey, so whatever you use to replace Honey if you can't get golden syrup)
chocolate syrup or some melted chocolate

Preheat oven to 180C (350 F?). grease pie tin

mix digestives crumbs, oil and maple syrup and press into the tin

Put remaining ingredients (apart from chocolate syrup) into food processor
and blend everything together. Pour into the crust and bake for 30minutes.
Let it cool for 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 5 to 6 hours.
once it's cold or before serving drizzle chocolate syrup.

Oh yeah I totally forgot that you have to chill it for so long, so maybe no good for class, but it's sooo tasty. it's incredibly creamy but not sickly. You can see a picture of it here http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v50/ninearms/miscellaneous/peanut-butter-pie.jpg
