Hi, I'd appreciate any suggestions on my following dilemma:
I bought some locally-made (i.e. Czech) silken tofu recently and didn't use it before going away for a week, so I through it in the freezer and decided I'd use it on my return. Now I'm back, I've realised I should have drained all the water out first. I didn't. Now I'm wondering (a) what's the best way to defrost it and (b) what should I use it for?
