Dehydrated foods

My mom is awesome. She calls me up at work today to tell me she found a food dehydrator at a yard sale for $8. EIGHT DOLLARS! So she bought it for me. But not before she talked them down to $5. Haha, so now I have a $5 food dehydrator. I checked the memories, but all relevant entries are from 2004.

So! What are your favorite things to dehydrate? What doesn't dehydrate well, so I don't waste food? What dehydrates amazingly? Thanks!!
