I'm looking for recipes to use up a lot of nuts, last night my friends and I had a nut party, (lots of different types of nuts and lots of wine, which my head hates me for today) and there is still a ton of nuts left

nuts are really good in pilaf, i like making soup/stew with sweet potatoes and nuts and greens, kind of like an african groundnut stew you could blend nuts with fruit (dates, in particular, though there was a recipe I saw in this community recently with frozen cherries) and roll them in cocoa and or cocanut to make little healthy truffles you could also crush them and make nut-encrusted tofu or tempeh or seitan you could also crush them for cookies/cupcakes/or some other dessert mmmm dessert: brownies with nuts, pie with nuts ( like pecan pie or something)
a nut party sounds fun, one of my housemates is obsessed with nuts and at a party we had he set up a table with all different kinds of nuts and kind of presided over them all night. we kind of left the leftovers on the "nut bar" for a couple of weeks and ate them as random snacks.
