Peanut butter and banana toasted tortillas

Hey lovely vegan peoples! I hope your day is treating you well so far :)

This afternoon after having completed my first attempt at making vegan cheesecake (have yet to try it) I thought I needed some lunch, only to discover nothing I felt like. That is until I saw the peanut butter in the fridge and the bananas on the kitchen bench. HELLO, YUM!
But, alas, when I went to get the last bun out the pantry to make peanut butter and banana on a bun under the grill, there was no bun! It was sad.

So, off to the freezer I went and what do you think I found hiding in there?

TORTILLAS!

"Snap!" I thought, "I shall have peanut butter and banana tortillas and put them in the sammich press."

So, that is what I did.

You Will Need:
- 1 or 2 flour tortillas (or however many you want, really).
- Smooth or crunchy peanut butter.
- 1 large banana (adjust depending on banana size and amount of torillas used).
- Sandwich press/grill (if you don't have a sandwich press or George Foreman type grill then you could do it in a frying pan fine).

You Do This:
1. Turn sammich press/grill on (this is a very important step! ...ahem... Not that I've ever forgotten it...).

2.

Spread peanut butter over the tortillas as thick or thinly as you desire.

3.

Slice bananas about 1/2cm thick.

4.

Place banana slices over one half of torilla and then fold the other half over to create your sammich.

5.

Heat torilla in press until it's browned slightly and the peanut butter and banana is warmed through.

6.

NOW EAT!

It was really yummy and could be eaten any time of the day, really. I think they'd be nice with mayple syrup or caramel sauce. Or icecream!
