dosai filling?

hello,
i'm trying to come up with an easy(-ish), seasonal(-ish) veg filling for a dosai dinner... i understand sauteed vegetables work pretty well? does anybody have any specific tasty recipes?

The traditional filling for dosa is a potato-onion mixture. I googled it and these recipes seems pretty close to what my mom makes. Just sub oil for the ghee.

Oh, bless your heart! My husband will die of foodgasm :) You have no idea how hard it is to find south Indian food in this neck of the woods.

you're welcome! if you'd like i can get a better recipe from my mom next time we talk. we're gujarati, so it won't be totally authentic, but she makes a pretty awesome dosa.

Oh, if you post a vegan dosa recipe, or any vegan Gujarati recipes here, you will make an old woman very happy indeed :)
