bean curd sheets
Hi everyone
I am having real trouble finding any recipes using dried bean curd sheets. I have been wrapping up cooked vegetables and noodles in soaked sheets, but i was wanting to know if anyone knows how to make entire dishes from the stuff. I know there is a way you can fold it and layer it and maybe bake it into some kind of mock meat???
