It's the Vegan Lunch Cast! I found this on accident when I Googled a recipe for Seiten Buffulo Wings. There are so many beautiful vegan lunches on this guys blog, including Seitan Buffulo Wings.

I love the lunch box, I saw it over at the schmoo vegan kid blog, and then my friend got one and swears by it. It seems great for reducing the amount of plastic stuff you'd use up.

i totally just bought one. it's going to be perfect for my on campus meals. saving money and saving from extra trash.... those are all very good things. :)

hehe i skimmed...saw the pot where he made his own seitan and thought that was really cool. nevertheless, he's inspired me to get some vegan cook books from the library. i can't wait til they get here! i can't wait to try some of these recipes.
