Chef Emi-Dee's Hangover Fare.

So, this was what I make on the day after New Year's when I'm over at my friend Devon's house. Their pantry/fridge consists mostly of prepackaged foods so I have to make do with what I can find there. It reminds me of the Chef Boyardee that I ate as a wee one. The Soyrizo might be a little hard to find (it's always at the Kroger by Devon's), so you could just use soy sausage and when frying it, just add some spices.

1 package ramen noodles (discard the spices)
3/4 - 1 cup Soyrizo or other faux-meat (of the Soyrizo, it works out to, like, just over 1 sausage)
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
Italian Seasoning Blend (to taste)
Salt (if it's not in the seasoning blend)

1) Prepare the ramen according to package directions (this usually involves boiling water and then cooking the ramen in the water for a few minutes)
2) Put your faux-meat into a skillet with some olive oil and warm it up. Add the diced tomatoes (with only a few tablespoons of the water they're packed in) and seasonings.
3) When the ramen's done cooking, drain it and add it to the meat/tomato mixture. Mix it well and then serve.

Makes 2 servings.
