I've just moved to a new city and have really appreciated people helping me settle in - my boyfriend's neighbours have been great in particular. Recently they've had me over for dinner a few times and cooked vegan things especially ( Read more... )

Aaaaah, the baked pear things sounds lush... or maybe something baked apple related (I'm a huge baked apple fan).

You can make a yummy chocolate mousse using silken tofu and melted chocolate chips (you can either get grain-sweetened chocolate chips, or dark chocolate chips).

Also, fruit cobblers or crisps are good.......
