A friend gave me a load of dried spearmint, besides tea, what can I do with it?

It's funny because I was reading this today about dukkah and was wondering where to find dried mint.

Nope. There are different *kinds* of mint but they are all just mint.

I haven't got a specific recipe but I've seen it used a lot with most melons and mango...
