Hi guys! I want to make a good, crunchy granola.
Most recipes I encounter call for honey or pure maple syrup - honey is out because it's a product I choose not to consume, and pure maple syrup is out on account of being so very expensive.
So I was wondering if any of you have managed to make a crunchy granola using any other liquid sweeteners. Has anyone had any luck with corn syrup, agave nectar, molasses, malt, etc? Lemme know!
