What to do with ricemellow creme? Plus molasses puffs

I'm trying to use up some of my shelf goods before I go home for the summer, and I have ricemellow creme. What do you like to do with it? I have a feeling if I don't put it to good use in a recipe, I'll end up just dipping pretzels in it. Is it good in frosting?

Also, does anyone know how to make molasses puffs? They're light, airy, crunchy, and usually covered in chocolate. They're a bit difficult to find at confectioneries. I think they might also be known as molasses chips, and they're similar to honeycomb bars, if you ever had one of those.
