Ok, I checked the memories and there are lots of tips for how to mix powdered soymilk when you reconstitute it so it doesn't come out sludgy; however, there is nothing that tells me what the ratio of powder to water might be. I bought powdered soy milk at the bulk store (so no package instructions) to use in cooking where I can't taste it, but I need to know how to magically make it into a milk-like substitute.
Also, I just snagged my dad's old yogothem and am experiementing with yogurt making. Do you think it would work with powdered soymilk reconstituted?
