cinnabuns, with extra cinnamon, for a faery-elf and a meena. recipe here.

- mixed two types of unbleached white flour with whole wheat flour
- kneaded cinnamon into the dough, and used 5T of cinnamon in the cinnamon-sugar mix
- poured extra cinnamon-sugar onto the cinnabuns before they rose
- used the extra cinnamon-sugar as a base for the glaze
