all right, i'm new here, and no...i'm not vegan. not that i have anything against you guys, 'cause i'd much rather be one or a vegetarian if i could (it's -sort of- hard to do that when you live in the philippines).
anyway, just for formality, my name's kince (pronounced like "vince" with a "k"), i turn sixteen (16) in two weeks, and i'm from the philippines. i'm omnivorous as of the moment, but i try to be as close to vegetarian as i can...therefore, i joined this community so as to get recipies, insights and tips. who knows? maybe one day, i'll be like all of you. =)
that's all. hope i haven't taken up too much of your time. =b

post-itz: anyone out there know what ELSE i can do with deep-fried tofu aside from dipping it in japanese sauce?
