Hi, I'm new.

The strange and restricted food list can't be altered. I have to cut out foods that promote estrogen production in the body. I'm no good at this vegan thing. I really need help with some ideas as far as recipes go.

Now for the criteria:
There can be NO animal products in any form at all.
There can be NO sugar OR chemical sugar substitutes at all.
There can be NO soy products of any kind.

Ingredients to work with are restricted to the following: almonds, berries, broccoli, buckwheat, cabbage, citrus foods, corn, figs, fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates), grapes, green beans, melons, millet, onions, pears, pineapples, squashes, tapioca, white rice, white flour, and normal baking ingredients like baking powder, cornstarch, etc etc.

Any help at all is very much appreciated. If you have any ideas of things IN THE LIST that keep weight on please please let me know!
