(no subject)
HOly crap what am I doing up at 7 on Saturday morning???? Well I had 2 days of clinicals already, the first day I mainly observed and took in alot of info. The second day I felt much more comfortable. The people that work in the hospital are all extremely nice. some of the phlebotomists let me stick them before I stuck the patients. They said I was a natural lol . This really makes me want to go to school for nursing now.. Except its sad when you see the patients that are extremely ill and like 90 years old. Yesterday I had to go to 2 code blues(someone having cardiac arrest)and wait for the Dr. to order some blood work after he stabalized them. My only really complaint about my clinicals are them being 10 hour shifts and me being pregnant while doing them lol. I Don't even mind getting up at 3:30 Am though. No one is on the road when I go to the hospital. :)When I go into the OB section to take blood I see the mom's with there little babies, and I almost died they are sooooooo adorable. It is making me more anxious now. SO I only got 40 more clinicals hours to go until Im done.Ill talk to yall later time for breakfast.
