Avocado Cayenne Salad (VeganMoFo #16)

So I'm not much of a salad-eater, but I'm going to try, in accompaniment to some changes I'm making after reading The Thrive Diet.  This was a salad I made from that book tonight, and it was actually ALMOST filling as a meal in and of itself.  And it was good enough that I kind of want more.  I might make it again tomorrow.  If you hate salad, this is really worth a shot.

Avocado Cayenne Salad
1/2 avocado, diced
1 sheet nori, chopped
4 cups mixed greens (measure by packing the cup pretty tightly)
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
drizzle of hemp oil
drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Toss it all together.  This salad is high in B vitamins due to the nori and nutritional yeast.  Cayenne improves circulation. (This according to the book.)  The avocado makes it semi-filling.

Just looks like a normal salad, but I haven't posted a photo in awhile.
